Woo.  I just got back from West Virginia yesterday, and I took a shower as soon as I got home, so that my dog wouldn't get mange, because there was a dog at the dorms that had mange.  But I got to participate in Kids Club, and Mission Build America.  For Kids Club we had kids that came from bad homes, and we played games with them, and gave them a safe environment just to be kids.  For Mission Build America, I helped tear down and rebuild a balcony.  While the supervisor had everyone else stay away so they didn't get hurt, he had me walking across rafters that were only being held up by four inches of the wood being in a hole in the wall.  So while they were shaking from the wind and from me walking on them, I was laying down 2x4's so we could start putting the floor on, and bending over the edge to put in a new box on the front to support the front.  I also had to be jumping from the rafters to scaffling, that was about three feet lower, and then back.  I got to see a little girl named Logan every day I was there, and I really wanted to take her home with me, she was the cutest little girl ever.  I got her address, so I can write to her.

Yeah for me today at track.

I lettered in track, so I don't have to really do anything now, but Coach Row was working with me on my form for hurdles, and my knee, the one that's stiff, kind of gave out, and I fell, and like turned in mid-air, so I was backwards, and like I hit the ground an ddid a flip onto my feet backwards, it was so funny, and then I stuck up my arms with the evil horns, and yelled yes really loud.  It was funny, now I have a huge scratch right above my ass, and my knee is ripped open.  It was the most fun I had a track ever!

Happy 4-20 every one, even though I don't celebrate it, but I have friends that do.
